Honoured to be a panelist at "Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Consultative Workshop" hosted by VSO and Hashoo Foundation on March 2nd, 2017 in Islamabad. Thought provoking and candid exchange of ideas on future of work and what it will take to secure one's future as an entrepreneur. Contrary to somewhat ad hoc approach to enhance economic productivity, we need to have a laser focus on skill acquisition and holistic personal development to be able to achieve sustainable self-reliance at both the individual and institutional level. Transformative initiatives have to be seeded at the grass root level.
